Their Head Chef Chris Moore heads up a brigade of dedicated chefs who produce the most fabulous food, with much of their fruit and vegetables coming from their own organically run Walled Garden. Game comes from the estate during the winter months and all the food is sourced as locally as possible. They are naturally extremely proud to have been awarded their third AA Rosette for yet another year, making them the only restaurant in East Sussex to hold this accolade, and one of the top 10% in Great Britain and Ireland.
